- Ongoing infraction, Tested dishwasher 4x each not obtaining at least 71 degrees C on the dish level. PHI had request operator to test with facility equipment the fourth time and both thermometers were not able to reach minimal temp. Please ensure this is fix upon the agreed date. Please also ensure calibration of facility thermometers as record books show dishwasher compliance temperatures and when testing with facility thermometers temperatures are off. High Temp dishwasher was not obtaining at least 71 degrees C
