- 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
- A used pair of gloves were noted on a shelf by the steam table. Observed staff put these gloves back on.- Single use disposable gloves must be discarded upon removal from the hands. Proper disposable glove use also requires that staff wash their hands before putting on a pair of new gloves. Operator to review these requirements with all staff.

- Spray bottles of cleaning supplies are not labelled.- All containers of cleaning supplies must be clearly labelled as to their contents.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- Improper cooling practices are being followed. 1 container of cooked chicken nuggets measured at 26C , 1 small container of falafel balls measured at 26C and 1 container of cooked beans measured at 58C were left cooling on the counter, tightly covered. The chicken and falafels were discarded as staff indicated that the foods was left out at room temperature for about 2 hours. The beans were uncovered and transferred to the cooler to complete the cooling process- Review proper cooling practices with all staff.

- 50 ppm Quats sanitizer was measured in the sanitizing dishwash sink, needs to be at minimum 200 ppm QUATs.- Staff instructed to replace the solution and test the strength on a daily basis.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- No paper towel available at the back of house handwash sink. Corrected- All handwash sinks must be properly supplied with soap and paper towel.

- Oct 6, 2025: Electrical tape is covering the exterior of the in floor grease trap lid and is dirty. - Staff inform that the cover is being repaired within the week.Nov 11, 2024:Foil lining the exterior of the in-floor grease trap lid is dirty.- Remove the foil and ensure a proper seal is in place.
