- There were some fly strips hanging over areas where there could potentially be some open food passing underneath. Remove fly strips from these locations. Corrected during inspection.

- Handsink by grill had run out of paper towel. Corrected during inspection.

- Back door had been left propped open. Keep back door shut. Corrected during inspection.

- There were some holes cut in the wall and some chipped walls in the back storage area. To be repaired.There was some missing baseboard around corner by back shelving units. Replace baseboard.Some of the shelving in the walk-in-cooler was chipped and getting rusty. Refinish of replace damaged shelving.Raw wood shelving in the walk-in-freezer. Replace with shelving that is smooth, easily cleanable and impervious to moisture.

- Some of the caulking between the counter and splashguard for the public washroom sinks is missing. Moisture is getting in this area and starting to degrade the particleboard. Re-caulking to be done.

- Overall cleanliness is good, there are just a few area that need more cleaning as there is a bit of debris build-up:-shelf by back door and floor under the shelf-floor around carbonator and container with metal skewer/stick used to clean oil-floor under spraysink-edging of shelving on which the pop syrup is stored-bottom of wall/top of baseboard on walls around the officePlease clean these areas.

- After washing hands, taps were not being shut off with paper towel instead of hands. This can result in recontamination of hands. Discussed with staff. Corrected during inspection.

- Some foodhandlers were wearing jewellry (rings/bracelets) and some had long, painted fingernails.Remove rings, bracelets can be covered with glove or moved far up arm so won't contact food.If wearing nailpolish need to wear gloves.Fingernails must be kept short.Gloves put on during inspection to cover bracelet and nailpolish but rings still need to be removed and nails kept short.

- Personal drink was next to clean dishes on top of dishwasher. Store personal drinks away from food and clean utensils. Corrected during inspection.Bike being stored in back kitchen area. Not to be stored here. Please remove.

- One sliding door of chest freezer was broken; cardboard being used to cover missing glass piece. Missing piece has already been ordered. Please replace when received.

- Cleanliness is very good, just the floor in a few areas underneath the dry goods shelving needs cleaning where there is a bit of debris built-up on the floor.
