- The food platter was open to the public without and covering/sneeze guard. Action shall be taken to use a lid or other protective covering to cover the food in the event staff or clients cough or sneeze in the area. A lid was added over the food.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- The meat and cheese platter was at 14C. Food shall be kept at 4C or lower. Staff added ice around the food to cool the food.
