    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Initially 0 ppm sanitizer detected in the solution that wiping cloths were immersed in. Corrected.- Staff prepared a 200 ppm quat sanitizer solution.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • When asked to explain manual dishwashing procedures at the 3 compartment sink the staff did not mention the sanitizing step.- Proper dishwashing procedures are: Wash with soapy water -> Rince -> Sanitize -> Air Dry
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • A gap is noted at the bottom of the front entrance door.- All exterior doors must be tight sealing to prevent the possible entry of pests.
