      • ** - the chemical spray bottles were not labeled to prevent accidental and dangerous mixing of chemicals (CDI)

      • ** - chlorine test strips were not available upon request (obtained the wrong test strips)

      • ** - please refinish the unfinished concrete floors (the area on the right in the kitchen - rest of the floor was finished). Ensure that the floors are siliconed/caulked around the walls to prevent water entry into walls.

      • ** - several containers/types of food equipment in the kitchen still had the manufacturer's paper/plastic sales label - please thoroughly wash all containers/food equipment before use and remove the labels.
