      • -Push pins and staples should not be used in child care facilities. If staples are going to be used, they should be covered with tape. Please find alternatives

      • -Alberta Health Services has not been notified that there are one or more individuals employed by or under the care of this facility infected with a communicable modifiable disease; and/or that there is an unusually high rate of any illness present within the facility. Illness logs were not being filled out properly. Ensure logs are filled out when children are sent home as well as when they call in sick.

      • -Diapering is not being performed properly in this social care facility. The diapering mat was not secured to the diaper table. A lot of tape was underneath the mat but no longer sticky; it was making the area difficult to clean. Please address.

      • -The surface of the ceilings, walls, and/or floors in this social care facility are not acceptable:*There was a hole in the washroom wall next to the paper towel holder. Please fill.*Baseboards peeling in the Toddler Room. Please repair/replace.

      • -The temperature of the hot water accessible to clients of this social care facility is too hot.
