Illness logs were not being filled out properly. Ensure logs are filled out when children are sent home as well as when they call in sick.

- -Diapering is not being performed properly in this social care facility. The diapering mat was not secured to the diaper table. A lot of tape was underneath the mat but no longer sticky; it was making the area difficult to clean. Please address.
