      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Bubble tea pearls and tapioca pearls stored at room temperature. Temperature of product was 23-24C. Time tracking was not in place to indicate period of time product had been above 4C. Staff on duty was unable to locate food safety procedures.
      • Corrective Action(s): - Discarded by staff at time of inspection. Potentially hazardous foods must be kept at 4C or colder or 60C or above. If addressed in food safety procedures, small quantity of product may be kept at room temperature with remaining product being discarded after two hours. Time tracking must be in place.
