      • Observation: 1-door display showing air temperatures at 13 deg C -no perishables stored in unit
      • Corrective Action(s): Fridge temperatures should maintain foods at or below 4 deg C (quality of goods is also maintained for non-perishables such as taste, texture and colour)
      • Operator indicates he placed a large amount of goods in the fridge which may be spiking the temperature
      • Check in an hour if temperatures are maintained at or below 4 deg C
