The records also indicated that the whirlpool was being opened to the public despite the chemical test readings not meeting the required parameters with no corrective actions taken. This demonstrates an inability to maintain a balance with the whirlpool’s chemistry, and the staff not demonstrating adequate pool safety knowledge.
