      • The anti-entrapment plan submitted demonstrated that total flow at the main drains can exceed the ratings for the drain covers. Though this demonstration does not reflect normal operating conditions, it proves that there is a possible means for this total flow to exceed the drain covers and create an entrapment hazard. The method identified to ensure the conditions do not happen is not sufficient.*** Please ensure that adequate correction action is installed as was discussed. ***
