      • Spoke with Pool Operator Mark to discuss the elevated heterotrophic plate count (HPC) results of 200 CFU/mL.Mark advised that routine cleaning of the pool is scheduled for Monday, July 27. During the closure, the free available chlorine (FAC) concentration will be increased to approximately 10 ppm before the pool is resampled.

      • Unsatisfactory water result collected on June 23rd, 2026. The result was HPC at a level of 390. Results were discussed with General manager, Cindy.They have done their scheduled cleaning today, Monday June 29th 2026. and will resample.

      • HPC count of 520 was noted for a sample taken May 12th, 2026. The manager was informed of the high results. The manager forwarded the chemical parameters from the collection day to the current date.

      • A flow meter is not available on the jet pump system to verify flow compliance with the rating on the drain covers. This is required to ensure an entrapment hazard does not exist.*** Please install a flow meter on the jet pump system. ***

      • Sample taken 15Nov23 result = 1440 cfu/mL.Discussion with supervisor, Karen, indicated that the standard Monday routine is to drain and clean the basin. Basin will be refilled and balanced and a resample will be submitted tomorrow.
