- The ceiling above the pool was peeling and showed signs of drywall damage.Please ensure the ceiling material is repaired or replaced so it is maintained in good condition, free from cracks and damage, and has a smooth, sealed, non-porous surface that is easily cleanable.

- Standing water was observed on the pool deck between the hot tub basin and the pool basin, adjacent to a floor drain. The pooled water had resulted in a dark coloured residue, which was observed to transfer onto a towel when rubbed.Please ensure the dark residue is cleaned and an effective plan is implemented to prevent water from pooling in this area.

- Update: No water pooling in the area between the pool and hot tub. Some water pooling in other areas of the pool enclosure. A plan for monitoring and removing pooling water is required immediately as this is a long outstanding violation and pooling water poses a hazard to bathers on the pool deck. Please provide a plan for addressing the pooling water within one week.

- The decking around the base of the ladder leading into the pool near the slide is lifting and pieces of concrete are chipping away. This area poses a risk to bathers as they can cut their feet. Please have the deck material around the ladder repaired so it is smooth, doesn't allow for water to seep beneath the decking and is easily cleanable.

- At the time of the inspection, small amounts of pooling were observed on the pool deck between the pool basin and hot tub basin. Even though the amount of pooling was small and limited to a specific location, there is a possibility that this location can pose slipping hazard for patrons.*** Please ensure that all water on the pool deck is directed towards a drainage to eliminate water pooling in the facility. ***
