- The HUBERT fridge that is customer facing and accessible was measured at 10°C. The fridge contained some apple sauce cups, yogurt cups, cream and boiled eggs. These items were removed. Temperature records showed this unit is able to maintain the adequate temperature. It is evident that the high use (continual opening by customers) is not allowing the unit to keep the temperature within the acceptable range. *** Please ensure that foods are kept within acceptable temperature ranges at all times. ***
