      • Bacteriological sample tested positive for Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Adequate corrective measures are being taken by the facility and a re-sample will be submitted.

      • The pH was measured at 8.0. Please ensure to maintain the pH at no less than 6.8 and no greater than 7.6
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The calculated minimum and maximum flow rates were 53.5 GPM and 38.75 GPM, respectively. The minimum flow rate was to suggest the flow rate required to meet the turnover period requirement. The maximum flow rate was to suggest the flow rate required to meet the filtration rate requirement. The actual flow rate during the inspection was 45 GPM, which was below the minimum flow rate above the maximum flow rate. However, the manufacturer's label indicates a filter flow rate design of 60 GPM. Therefore, please ensure to keep the flow rate between 53.5 GPM and 60 GPM at all times to be in compliance. Keeping the flow rate at least 53.5 GPM would decrease the current turnover period (23.7 minutes) to 20 minutes or below. Keeping the flow rate at most 60 GPM would ensure proper filtration efficiency, as per the manufacturer's instructions. The water chemistry was also not adequately maintained at the required parameters.
