- - 1. A large fabric lined red couch was observed in the kitchen area (in front of the fridge). Staff were observed sitting on the couch, reading, and snacking. ** Please remove the couch from the kitchen area as it is not easy to clean, and the kitchen should be used for carrying out food prep purposes, not for personal/staff use. 2. The washer/dryer was observed in the kitchen area beside the staff washroom. There was no door or separation for the washer/dryer so it was open to the kitchen area. ** Please re-install the door to provide separation of the laundry from the kitchen, as noted in your plans. -
