      • The back door is needing new weatherstripping. There is a gap between the base of the door and the floor. Please ensure that this is repaired.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • A scoop was observed store inside the flour container. Due to risk of contamination, ensure that the scoop is stored outside the container. A staff member corrected when advised.

      • A re-inspection was conducted with operator. High temperature dishwasher was in disrepair and sanitizing at 62C at dish level. Operator will continue with three-compartment dishwashing methods.Please ensure dishwasher is capable of reaching 74C at dish level.
