- No paper towels were available at the hand sink in the front service area. The dispenser was refilled during the inspection. Hand sinks must be adequately stocked with liquid soap and paper towels at all times.

- 1. The hand sink on the cook line is clogged, with water pooling observed. The water was removed, and the sink was cleaned and sanitized. It is currently out of use by staff.2. The hand sink in the back of house has a leak underneath, with a container placed to collect the water. Both sinks must be repaired immediately to ensure proper handwashing and maintain sanitary conditions.

The exterior door (delivery door) has gaps at the bottom and requires weatherstripping to prevent pest entry.

- 1. The metal base panel of the prep cooler at the pizza build station is disjointed and partially lifted. Please repair or secure this panel.2. The interior and exterior of the dishwasher have a buildup of grime and salt and require thorough cleaning.

- Four utensil bins containing "clean" utensils were observed in the front service area with accumulated food debris and dirt at the bottom. All bins, including the utensils, were sent for washing and sanitizing.

Take out area door edge of cooler requires more cleaning.
