There is ice build up in this unit which is preventing proper air flow to the corners of this unit. There is limited inventor in display cooler. 4C and below throughout the unit is required.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure unit can reach 4C and below. A defrost and cleaning is required for this unit. Move food inventory to top colder shelves at 4C and below. Defrosting of this unit required in 2 days.
