      • Diapering table in the infant's room 1, has a handwashing station that is in a gated area so every time the operator changes diaper they have to open the gate to enter the handwashing area.- Either keep the child door open during the diapering or move the diaper table close to the handwashing station.

      • Child lock of the cabinet with chemical storage was not locked. - The operator locked it during the inspection. Ensure to keep the cabinets locked at all times.

      • 1) Diaper pad in infants room 4 was visibly dirty. - Replace the diapering pad. 2) Diaper pad in the toddler room was worn off.- Replace the diapering pad.3)Used cleaning clothes were stored on counter in 4-5 years room and preschool room 2. - Use single use paper towels or have a bin for storing used clothes.

      • Bleach sanitizer solution in preschool room 2 measured at 10 ppm. - The operator remade the bleach solution and it was measured at 100ppm.

      • Natural play block had slivers. - The operator removed it during the inspection. Please ensure to regularly check natural play material for integrity.

      • Water bottles were stored within the splash zone of handwashing sink.- Install a splash guard or store bottles away from the handwashing sink.
