      • The bleach sanitizer in the kitchen was measured at 500 ppm. - The operator diluted the bleach solution during the inspection, and it was remeasured at 100 ppm.Ensure the concentration of bleach sanitizer is maintained at 100 ppm at all times.

      • The kitchen refrigerator was measured at 10 degrees C and internal temperature of cream cheese stored in the refrigerator was measured at 6.2 degrees C.- All the foods from the refrigerator were moved to another fridge in the basement. The fridge was measured at 3.8 degrees C. Ensure to not store anything in the kitchen fridge until it is able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees C or under.

      • 1) Cabinets in the kitchen were observed to have debris build up and the liners were worn off. -Clean the cabinets and ensure to replace the shelf liners at regular intervals.2) Mould was observed under the wallpaper on the backsplash. - Clean the mould and remove the wallpaper with something that is non-absorbent to moisture.
