      • Used PHN pan is reused to keep cooked burger hot– not washed in between – pans must be washed and sanitized between use.Correct during inspection.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Temperature of water at the handwashing is very hot. • Ensure water at the handwashing station is at appropriate temperature to encourage hand hygiene – neither very hot nor cold. Temperature in general be maintained at not less than 35°C and not more than 43°C
