     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Numerous packages of dry goods (i.e. seeds, dried fruits, etc.), labelled with the facility's name/address are displayed for sale. The staff had advised the items were packaged on site at the front counter.
     • Corrective Action(s): Remove all from the shelves. Facility is not allowed to do any repackaging on site as mentioned clearly on the initial inspection report conducted by a covering EHO.
