- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): High Temperature Dishwasher inoperative and has been for about 2 weeks as per operator. They have been Manual Washing in the 2-compartment wash sinks in the meantime (provided new wash sign to replace dated one)
- Corrective Action(s): Manual Washing is only a temporary means while the washer is repaired.
- Use disposable ware until the dishwasher is repaired/replaced. This includes cups, utensils, plates, bowls for the children. This will reduce the warewashing done manually.
- Only pots and pans (kitchen use) may be Manually Washed

- Corrective Action(s): Ensure the dishwasher is set for the "sanitize" option during a cleaning cycle. All dishware must be properly sanitized after use.
- -Operator noted that the sanitize light is burned out but the sanitize option still works and has been tested by a technician.
