- One of the rodent proof container missing the lid and rodent were able to access the foods there:
- Cous cous, chick peas have gnawed open bags and droppings there
- Mouse droppings also found on top of the bins, on the floor under the shelves
- Corrective Action(s): Discard ALL contaminated foods -inspect all soft packaged foods
- Clean and sanitize all bins food cans as rodents may have urinated on the surfaces
