      • Observation: A few food packages opened and contaminated by rodents located in the dry storage room used only for Palatable Catering:
      • One of the rodent proof container missing the lid and rodent were able to access the foods there:
      • Cous cous, chick peas have gnawed open bags and droppings there
      • Mouse droppings also found on top of the bins, on the floor under the shelves
      • Corrective Action(s): Discard ALL contaminated foods -inspect all soft packaged foods
      • Clean and sanitize all bins food cans as rodents may have urinated on the surfaces
