      • Corrective Action(s): - Please downsize them into a bin with tight-fitting lid
      • - Please ensure all foods are stored at least 6inches off the ground to prevent any contamiantion (date to be corrected by: 1 month)

      • Observation: - Observed hard to reach area and high touch area (freezer handles, non-slip matts, underneath the ovens) in unstanitary conditions
      • Corrective Action(s): please ensure the above area are cleaned and sanitized, please organize the facility and remove all clutters (date to be corrected by: 1month)

      • Observation: Front hand sink observed not accessible for the employee, operator stated they are using one of the two compartment sink as a hand washing sink
      • Corrective Action(s): Please note that if one of the two compartment sink is used as a hand sink, it must be only used for hand washing purposes, dishwashing will not be allowed in that sink, please implement the following two options:
      • 1. clear out the original hand sink area and make it accessible
      • 2. one of the two compartment sink labled as a designiated hand sink and cannot be used for warewashing (it must be free of obstruction) (date to be corrected by: 1 month)
