- Observation: Far left cooler was over 4C containing mainly non-potentially hazardous. One item of potentially hazardous food was moved into the adjacent cooler that was working.
- Operator called maintenance worker to come in and fix cooler.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure cooling unit can maintain a temperature of belo 4C at all times.
- Follow-up will be done in the coming days to verify cooler being fixed.
