- Sanitizer Quats was not readily available at the time of inspection. Staff was advised to prepare quaternary ammonium solution at 200 ppm and store cleaning cloths in it when not in use.

- The scoop handle was observed submerged in the sugar container.Please ensure that scoops are stored properly in a clean, dry location outside of food to prevent contamination from hand contact.

- The mini coffee fridge was observed to be operating at 7°C. A few coffee-related food items, including milk, sundae syrup, almond milk, and soy milk, were stored inside. Staff confirmed that the mini fridge is not functioning properly.At the time of inspection, all food items were relocated to another properly functioning cooler.Action Required:Please repair or replace the preparation cooler to ensure it consistently maintains a temperature of 4°C or lower. Do not store any perishable food items in this unit until it is capable of maintaining the required temperature of 4°C or below at all times.
