- REPEAT VIOLATION:Several tiles in the food preparation area are broken, and most of the grouting requires repair. Dust and grease particles are accumulating between the tiles. Please repair or replace the damaged tiles and complete the necessary re-grouting work, as needed.February 23, 2026: Manager indicated that the flooring repair work will be assigned to a third‑party contractor and discussions with head office are still ongoing. Advised to follow up and inform our office once clear completion date is confirmed.March 10, 2026:The director has contracted a vendor to repair flooring. The vendor is currently waiting for the new tiles to arrive this week. It took some time to find a suitable match because the existing tiles are obsolete, but they have now sourced a similar option. The director is working closely with the vendor, as they want the repairs completed as soon as possible, will provide an update to EPH office once receive a confirmed repair date so that PHI can conduct a revisit of the store.Target completion has been extended to March 31, 2026

Emphasized adherence to Wendy’s food safety guidelines, including product shelf life, storage methods, and designated holding times, to ensure compliance and minimize food safety risks.
