- Hot water was not available to the shower/washroom rooms as the hot water tank needs to be replaced. Residents will be advised they are to shower in their units prior to entering the pool. Please replace the hot water tank such that hot water can be available at the hand washing sinks and showers.

- Logs do not show clarity or drain cover checks (secure, intact).-Ensure daily checks are conducted and recorded. Show new log sheet with these parameters

- Part of the Water Quality Incident Response Plan states to add sodium bicarbonate when pH is high.-Ensure plan is amended to state correct chemical to lower pH
