      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) A scoop was kept inside the flour bucket in the pantry with scoop handle in contact with the floor. Public Health Significance: Scoop handles, when in direct contact with food, can pose a hygiene risk, and may potentially contaminate the food due to the handle being touched by food handlers.
      • Corrective Action: Staff removed the scoop and stored in sanitary condition outside the flour bucket. Ensure that all scoops are kept in sanitary condition to prevent potential food contamination.
