- Observation: Sanitizer spray bottle is nearly empty and was not able to detect bleach or QUATs sanitizer when tested. Operator informed that overnight staff usually makes sanitizer to the approved concentration.
- Corrective action: Fill spray bottles with sanitizer at the approved concentration (bleach at 100ppm and/or QUATs sanitizer at 200ppm). Ensure to follow the sanitation plan for proper concentrations.
