      • First aid kits need restocking for some items, ie. cleansing wipes, content list
    • 27. Are proper measures being taken to ensure that vermin do not enter or exist in the facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Front entrance vestibule- missing baseboard for small section of wall near the doors. Recommend filling any small gaps in wall surfacing with steel wool before covering with baseboard.

      • Some mouse droppings found in washroom (Room 5) and some droppings found near the back door in room 6. These droppings appear old and areas indicated will require thorough cleaning in hard to reach areas.

      • 1. Several mouse droppings were noted in the facility. One dead mouse found in the front storage area. 2. Front door has some gaps in the area where mice may squeeze through. May need to conduct repairs and/or add weather stripping. UPDATE: Mice have been chewing through the door sweeps. Please take up concerns with pest control company to determine additional mitigation procedures.

      • 1. Several mouse droppings were noted in all classrooms, typically close to walls and cupboards. 2. There is a significant buildup of garbage by the outdoor bin, which also contributes to the attraction of vermin. 3. Front door has some gaps in the area where mice may squeeze through. May need to conduct repairs and/or add weather stripping.

Storage rooms and hot water tank room had significantly more buildup of droppings. 3. There is a significant buildup of garbage by the outdoor bin, which also contributes to the attraction of vermin. 4. Front door has some gaps in the area where mice may squeeze through. May need to conduct repairs and/or add weather stripping.
