      • Observation: 2 door cooler not able to maintain 4C or below; ambient temperature measured 12.9C lowest during inspection using probe thermometer. No perishable foods stored inside. Operator stated unit was repaired earlier in the week and registered at 3 - 4C in the morning. No technician report available.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair cooler such that it is able to maintain 4C or below at all times. Continue to store non-perishable foods only until re-inspection. Please contact EHO with any updates. Correction date: 1 week

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Observed trays for hot holding units being stored with previously used tin foil, which the fods (ie., taquitos, chicken) are directly stored on.
      • 2. Observed 2 ready-to-be-served taquitos stored on the tin foil that has been previously used.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discarded.
      • Do not re-use tin foils.
      • Once foods toucher the tin foils and the hot holding unit turned off, it must be discarded.
