- 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
- Snacks were being prepared in the area immediately outside of the children's washrooms and on the counter near the handsink used for washing hands after using the washroom. All food handling/storage must occur in the approved kitchen space.
- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- The fridge was located in the classroom, and access was not prevented by children. Temperatures in some areas were 10C when initially inspected. After a short time, temperatures began to go down. PHI suspects fridge door had been left partially opened either by staff or child. Fridge must be moved to the approved kitchen area.

- Paper towels were missing at the handwashing sink. The paper towel dispenser was refilled during inspection.Ensure the handwashing sink is fully equipped at atll times.
