- Observation: - A few mouse droppings observe between two pallets in back storage area. Pest control company currently coming in once per month, no reports were available at time of inspection as they are sent to the second location.
- - What appeared to be several bait boxes were observed in the back storage area but it couldn't determine whether they had bait in them.
- Corrective Action(s): - Clean up mouse droppings and continue to monitor for new pest activity. Due: April 15, 2024
- - Connect with pest control company to determine whether there is bait in boxes in storage room, if so, have them removed to minimize the potential that bait could be tracked from the stations into food or food contact areas.
