- Observation: Hole appears to have been created by rodents at the base of the electrical panel in the back storage room. A few mouse droppings were found along where the floor meets the wall behind a ladder and CO2 tanks.
- Corrective Action(s): Staff stated that they noticed a mouse a few weeks ago but had a pest control company come in and haven't seen any activity since. Plug up hole and clean up all mouse droppings to monitor for any new activity. Due: Jan 5, 2024

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwiches and wraps within Bread Garden cooler observed at temperatures higher than 4C - probed with thermometer and found to have an internal temperature of 8C for breakfast wrap. This is a potentially hazardous food that is capable of pathogen growth when temperatures are above 4C for longer that 2 hours. Since temperature of the unit was recorded in early AM (6 or 7) and found to be 0C it was not certain how long the temperature of the food items were held above 4C. For cautionary purposes, the operator voluntarily PHF in the garbage (this was observed) adn reason for doing so was explained by inspector.
