      • Dirty toy containers and play equipment observed in room 3.-Please clean and sanitize the toy containers and play equipment, and ensure to maintain them in sanitary condition at all times.

    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Two bottles of Bingo markers were noted in the room 3 (4-6 years old)-Operator was informed about acceptable markers for children, labelled with an "AP" stamp or labelled as non-toxic and age-appropriate labels for craft materials. The Bingo Markers were removed from the classroom during the inspection.2. Long tangling wires were observed in room 2. -Please keep loose and long wire out of reach of children to prevent risk of entanglement or strangulation.

      • Materials were observed stored on diapering dedicated surface in infant and toddler classroom.-Please do not keep/store cleaning materials on diapering surface to prevent against bulk contamination and ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of the surface.-Also, ensure to post approved diapering procedures at all diapering stations to serve as guide.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • Hand drying paper towels were observed being stored in open baskets beside handwashing faucets.-Please maintain/keep paper towels in suitable paper dispenser to prevent bulk contamination.

      • Dirty toy containers and play equipment observed in room 3.-Please clean and sanitize the toy containers and play equipment, and ensure to maintain them in sanitary condition at all times.
    • 25. Are there adequate storage areas sufficient for the operation of the facility?
      • Children water-proof jackets were being dried/stored in the washroom.-Please remove the indicated jackets from the tiolet area and ensure they are properly stored in sanitary manner.
