- The concentration of kitchen's surface and equipment sanitizer, bleach solution, was inadequate, there was no colour change when tested with suitable test strip.-Please prepare and use 100-200ppm bleach solution to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of food surfaces and equipment. -Please mix half to one teaspoon of bleach with one litre of water to obtain 100-200 ppm, ensure to daily monitor the bleach concentration with appropriate test strip.
