- Mouse droppings and nesting materials observed throughout the perimeter of the utility area in the basement (northeast corner). ACTION REQUIRED: clean up mouse droppings & nesting materials. Ensure pest control is also monitoring for activity throughout the basement.

- 1. The washroom light was very dim making it difficult to monitor general sanitation. ACTION REQUIRED: repair the light. 2. The hot water at the washroom hand sink was mildly warm. ACTION REQUIRED: ensure there is hot and cold running water at the washroom hand sink.3. Insufficient shelving: Pop and inventory in the back storage area (directly behind the cashier) were stored on the ground.ACTION REQUIRED: obtain shelving and store inventory 6 inches off the ground.
