- Two ceiling tile/light covers were missing for light fixtures by the handwashing station and by the walk in freezer. Please ensure fixtures are covered to protect contamination of food products if fixtures break.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- The lid for the maize flour container was cracked and duct tape used to seal the crack. Please ensure existing cover is discarded and replaced entirely with a new cover.

- The handwashing sink was not supplied with a conveniently useable soap dispenser/container to use for handwashing. Please ensure station is fully stocked and has a useable soap dispenser/container.
