- A spray bottle of QUAT sanitizer solution at the back meat labelling area is measured to be at 50ppm with QUAT test strips. Ensure that QUAT sanitizer solution is maintained at 200ppm at all times. The operator prepared a new QUAT sanitizer that was measured at 200ppm during the inspection.

The lower section of the doorjamb on the walk-in cooler near the vegetable processing area is observed to be in disrepair and is no longer smooth, durable, resistant to moisture and easily cleanable. 1. Ensure that the indicated leak is repaired.2. Ensure that the indicated section of wall is repaired to be smooth and easy to clean.
