      • Preschool room:**Water stains observed on ceiling tile. Investigate for active leaks; repair source and replace stained ceiling tiles.Toddler room:** Ceiling tile loosely hanging. Repair or replace loose ceiling tile

      • Junior preschool room - A chemical labelled sparkle and clean was located in cupboard with no lock and accessible to children.

      • Toddler Room - the electrical outlet cover by the diaper change table was broken and requires replacement.

      • Toddler Room - two ceiling tiles were broken in the toddler room. Replacement required.

      • Paper towel was not available in the barrier free washroom and the men's washroom on the top floor hallway. Please ensure toilet are adequately supplied.

      • Several black and white shelving units throughout the centre were measured to be over 4 feet and could pose a fall hazard. Please secure the units from tipping.

      • There was a small hole in the wall by the entrance door inside the older preschool room 2. Repair required.There was paint peeling off the green pillar in the Toddler Room 4.

      • The hot water at the sink in the younger preschool room and toddler room was too hot, measured to be approximately 58C. Please ensure that all faucets accessible by children are no hotter than 49C.

      • The bedding in the Toddler room 4 Was not separated to prevent contact.Names were not present on the mats or cots. Please ensure that all personal belongings are separated and labelled with the child's name.
