- Three compartment sink was equipped with detergent and QUAT sanitizer. Mechanical dishwasher was equipped with detergent and after three cycles, the maximum hot water temperature reached was 57C. Please repair or replace unit to ensure the sanitizer cycle reaches a minimum of 71C.
