      • Corrective Action(s): All reusuable dishware must be adequately be sanitized between use. This unit requires repair. Do not use this unit until it is repaired and can reached at least 12.5 ppm Iodine sanitizer at the plate. Use chemical test strips daily and log chemical levels..
      • Use the main working dishwasher to sanitize dishware immediately until repair can be made to the glass washer.
