- The mini-fridge in the Pre-School Room containing milk for children was measuring between 7-8 degrees Celsius. The temperature was adjusted during the inspection. Please ensure temperatures are monitored with a thermometer and recorded at least once per day for all mini-fridges (making sure they are below 4 degrees Celsius).
