- At the time of the inspection, the procedure for cleaning and sanitizing food contact surfaces was discussed and found to be inadequate.*** Please ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned with soap water and then sanitized with a 100ppm chlorine solution. This 100ppm chlorine solution can be made with approx. 5mL household unscented bleach into 1L of water. ***
