- The QUAT labelled sanitizer spray bottle in the cafe contained a different, blue cleaner. Ensure that the contents of all spray bottles are accurately labelled. This was corrected during the inspection.

- Scoops of flavourings in the cafe were stored directly in the food product, with handles touching the food. Scoops must be stored to prevent cross contamination. Staff was going to take them out and bring them to the back dishwasher.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- The washroom door which is within the kitchen was opened during the inspection. This door must always remain closed to prevent cross contamination. Owner is going to place a sign up for staff awareness.
