      • QUATS solution measured by hand was >400ppm. Solution was diluted during inspection to 200ppm. QUATS is no longer food grade above 400ppm. Please ensure dispenser is repaired and test strips are obtained.

      • Uninspected eggs were found in the cooler. Eggs are no longer used as an ingredient, and they are not sold to the public. Remove the eggs from the facility. All food used as an ingredient or for sale must be from approved sources or graded/inspected by the appropriate regulatory agency.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Bleach concentration >500ppm in spray bottles when tested during inspection. Bleach was diluted to 200ppm. Bleach must measure between 100-200ppm for spray bottles and for sanitizing sink when dishwashing.
