      • Observation(s): -Some construction in beverage preparation area still to take place. A new window is to be installed and wall surrounding to be smooth, durable, impervious and easy to clean. -Joint between the wall and ceiling in kitchen to be finished to facilitate cleaning. -Coving where wall meets the flooring in the dining room to be installed to help facilitate cleaning.
